Takashi Universe is a family of connected games that share one token, $TAKU. Takashi Dungeons is live and is Phase 1 of five; Takashi Seas and five more games follow.
Takashi Universe is one world played through several games. Each game stands on its own, and all of them use the same token, $TAKU, on Solana.
Takashi Dungeons is a farming and dungeon game, free to play today: you build a homestead by day and fight through the Labyrinth by night. Everything in this table is live now.
| Part of the game | What you do there |
|---|---|
| Farm | Grow crops on up to 30 soil plots, keep chickens, cows, pigs and sheep, and build a pond, well, windmill and house |
| Fishing | Catch 100 species with rods and bait, and fill the fishing book |
| Mine | Dig down 100 floors for stone, ore and coal |
| Hero | Fight with sword, bow and one element chosen for good; level up, spend stat points, unlock skills |
| Labyrinth Tower | Clear dungeon floors of mazes, bosses and castle challenges, then loot a treasure vault in 15 seconds |
| Companions | Fight beside a companion such as the Rock Serpent |
| Guard dogs | Keep one of 85 limited dogs on your farm to fight off raids |
| Player Market | Trade items with other players for coins or $TAKU, and see every sale |
| Daily quests | Finish five new quests each day for rewards and streaks |
Not open yet: the PvP Arena and the third dungeon.
$TAKU is the token the game's shops and the Player Market run on. Gold coins, earned by playing, still pay for everyday supplies.
| What you pay for | Paid in | Where it goes |
|---|---|---|
| Farm upgrades, animals, tools, buildings, trees, decorations | $TAKU | Treasury |
| Sword and bow upgrades | $TAKU | Treasury |
| Items sold for SOL, starting with guard dogs ($10, $20, $50) | SOL | Treasury: part buys back and burns $TAKU, part funds development |
| Items bought from other players | $TAKU | 90% to the seller, 10% to the treasury |
| Items bought from other players | Gold coins | 90% to the seller, 10% leaves the game |
| Seeds, potions, bait, arrows, torches, tool repairs | Gold coins | Stays in the game |
Players earn $TAKU today by selling what they farm, mine, fish or loot to other players on the market.

Competitions and events reward players with limited items and $TAKU. Limited rewards are made in small numbers, so they stay rare.
Each competition or event states its rules and prizes when it is announced. The first limited reward was the Beta Founder's Cloak, given to the first 30 Takashi IDs.
Takashi Items and Takashi Companions are the 1/1 collectibles of the Universe: only one of each exists. They are the super premium tier, above every other item in the games.
The full details will be announced soon.
$TAKU is burned in two ways: at each roadmap milestone, and with part of the game's SOL income. A burn removes those tokens from circulation for good.
| Burn | How it works | When |
|---|---|---|
| Milestone burn | The team burns a set amount of $TAKU from the treasury | Once, each time a roadmap phase is completed |
| Buyback and burn | Part of the SOL earned from items sold for SOL buys $TAKU on the open market, and that $TAKU is burned | As SOL income comes in |
Some items in the game are sold for SOL, starting with the guard dogs. That SOL is split in two: one part buys back and burns $TAKU, and the other part pays for developing the game.
The amount of each milestone burn and the split of SOL income will be announced before the first burn. Every burn and buyback is published with its transaction link, so anyone can check it on-chain.
Takashi Dungeons is free to play today. From Phase 3, staking is how you play: lock 10,000 $TAKU for 30 days to play one game, and stake more to play more.
| You stake | Lock | Games you can play |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000 $TAKU | 30 days | 1 game |
| 20,000 $TAKU | 30 days | 2 games |
| 30,000 $TAKU | 30 days | 3 games |
| 70,000 $TAKU | 30 days | All 7 games |
Every further 10,000 $TAKU opens one more game. Staking starts when Phase 3 begins; until then, playing is free.
The top row is the five phases; the bottom row is which game each phase belongs to. Takashi Dungeons carries the first three phases, Takashi Seas is the fourth, and the five further games are the fifth.
We are in Phase 1. Each phase starts when the one before it has delivered, so no dates are fixed here.
| Phase | Focus | What it delivers |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Foundation (now) | Takashi Dungeons | The full game loop live in the browser and on phones; $TAKU shops; the Player Market in $TAKU with public sales; four languages; limited companions and guard dogs |
| 2. Growth | Marketing, listing, partnerships | Campaigns that bring new players in; wider listing and tracking of $TAKU; partnerships with communities, creators and other projects |
| 3. Expansion | The Forge and $TAKU staking | The Forge expansion; $TAKU staking begins, 10,000 $TAKU for 30 days for each game you play; and the content already built and waiting: the third dungeon and the PvP Arena |
| 4. Second game | Takashi Seas | The pirate ship leaves the Town dock: a second game of ships and islands on the same token and Takashi ID |
| 5. The Universe | Five more games | Five further games released one after another, all running on $TAKU, with one identity across the seven |
Seven games are planned, released in this order.
